Refund & Return Policy – Ten23 Labs

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, all sales at Ten23 Labs are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product has left our facility.

Why We Don’t Offer Returns or Refunds

Our products are intended strictly for research use only and are highly sensitive to temperature, light, and handling conditions. Once shipped, we cannot verify that a product has been stored or managed appropriately, which disqualifies it from being safely resold or restocked.

Additionally, due to industry regulations and legal limitations, we cannot accept returned research peptides under any circumstance—even if the packaging appears unopened.

Our Commitment to You

While we can’t offer refunds, your satisfaction is very important to us. If:

• You receive the wrong item,

• There’s a clear fulfillment error, or

• Your order arrives damaged due to a mistake on our end,

We will gladly make it right by offering store credit or a replacement (at our discretion), provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Not Covered Under This Policy

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Shipments affected by weather delays, heat exposure, or mishandling after delivery

• Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but claimed as lost or stolen

How to Report an Issue

Please email us at hello@ten23labs.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request promptly and offer a resolution if the issue meets our eligibility criteria.
